Want to be valued, listened to, and paid GOOD MONEY? Enjoy variety with a number of projects and contracts on the go. Join the growing team at Fitted Joinery Installation.

At Fitted Joinery Installation, we're more than just another joinery company. For over 8 years, we've built our reputation around quality workmanship, strong communication, and investing in our people. We challenge our team to deliver the best for our clients, and we're always improving - our work, our systems, and our company culture.

With business booming and new projects coming online, we're now looking for an experienced Foreman to lead our on‑site installation teams and help take our operations to the next level.

Why join us?

  • Earn $35 - $40 per hour, based on your experience and leadership ability
  • Company vehicle and phone bill covered
  • Boots, uniform, and tools supplied - you choose the brand
  • Paid day off for your birthday
  • Regular team events - beers, BBQs, mini golf, and more
  • Great variety of work across Ashburton and Central Otago - no two days are the same
  • Supportive, positive culture that values initiative, teamwork, and personal growth

What you'll be doing

  • Running on‑site joinery installation projects – kitchens, wardrobes, and interiors
  • Leading and mentoring a small team of installers and apprentices
  • Coordinating with builders, clients, and management to keep jobs on track
  • Maintaining top‑quality workmanship and site safety standards
  • Ensuring every project reflects our commitment to excellence
  • What we're looking for

  • A qualified Joiner or Carpenter with site leadership experience
  • Proven ability to manage and run installation projects
  • Confidence to read plans, make decisions, and problem‑solve on site
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in producing top‑notch results
  • A clean full driver’s licence
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Ashburton
  • Willingness to travel for projects when required
  • Someone who's reliable, honest, and a great communicator
  • Ready to step up?

If you're a skilled tradesperson looking for a leadership role where your input is valued, your ideas matter, and your work is appreciated – this is your chance.

Send us your CV and a brief cover letter telling us why you'd be the right fit.

And if you know someone who'd be perfect for this role – we'll pay you $300 if your referral leads to employment!

Be careful – Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs. Don't transfer any money or complete suspicious online surveys. If you see something suspicious, report this job ad.
