Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proven, results-driven Development Manager to lead one of our software engineering teams. This role requires a leader who thrives on ownership, drives high performance, and integrates AI-driven improvements into everyday work. You will set the pace, remove obstacles, and ensure the team delivers exceptional, client-ready solutions on time.

You’ll be responsible for leading a team of highly capable engineers who deliver innovative software to our clients in the legal sector. This role demands strong delivery leadership, technical expertise, and a clear ability to translate business goals into actionable outcomes for the team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the team to consistently meet sprint goals through proactive planning, strong execution, and accountability for results.
• Facilitate team ceremonies that deliver clear, actionable outcomes.
• Champion AI adoption in engineering processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Maintain deep technical engagement — contributing to architecture, design, and implementation best practices.
• Develop and coach team members to achieve measurable performance growth.
• Collaborate closely with product management, QA, architects, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
• Anticipate and address delivery risks before they impact commitments.
• Take visible ownership in resolving client-reported issues and driving ongoing quality improvements.
