Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior–Intermediate Marketing Executive with 2–3 years’ experience in brand marketing and campaign management within the fast‑moving consumer goods sector. The ideal candidate thrives in high‑volume, consumer‑driven environments, enjoys accelerating brand growth through integrated marketing campaigns, and is eager to build both strategic and executional capability on an international stage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with the Marketing Manager and wider brand team to deliver best‑in‑class strategies across influencer, social, PR, grassroots, and NPD initiatives.
• Manage influencer activity, including paid campaigns, seeding programs, and relationships with our core influencer team, to ensure strong performance and high‑quality content delivery.
• Support the execution of global social calendars, owned channel content, and reporting to continuously drive brand engagement.
• Assist with NPD launches and market entry strategies, including positioning, competitor analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with PR agencies and lead local grassroots activations, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with brand objectives.
• Contribute to brand strategy and identify growth opportunities by leveraging customer, consumer, and performance data.
• Support budget tracking and reporting, and assist with the creation of brand assets and presentations for internal and external use.
