Academic Quality Manager

NZ College of Chinese Medicine – Auckland, North Island

The New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine is seeking an Academic Quality Manager with proven experience in tertiary education provision, in particular, the undergraduate and postgraduate education and quality management in the complementary medicine sector. This is a new position that brings together responsibilities currently shared amongst the members of the senior management team.

The position reports to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Quality Assurance management
• Oversee Academic management
• Qualification review and development
• Online learning and teaching development
• Oversee relationship of stakeholders including statutory reports to Government agencies
• Manage relationships with partner institutions and external stakeholders as required
• Other tasks and duties assigned by the Employer, following consultation
