Customer Service Specialist

Join a fast-paced, supportive Customer Service Team where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service for our customers and partners. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving problems.

This is a six-month fixed-term opportunity to cover parental leave.

About the Role

• Manage and action customer tickets within SLA timeframes
• Investigate and support customer and carrier claims
• Provide reporting and insights to improve service performance
• Resolve issues in line with SOPs and document outcomes
• Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Inventory teams
• Support projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of communication, accuracy, and customer care
