Product Execution

• Build Exceptional Products – Work with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
• Backlog Management – Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that development teams have clear and actionable tasks.
• Sprint Planning – Participate in sprint planning meetings, defining and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Project Management – Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements, using appropriate planning and prioritisation techniques and managing timeline expectations effectively.
• Quality Assurance – Maintain high standards for product quality, working closely with engineering and QA teams to build capability and resolve issues promptly.
