Job descriptionSupervisory / managerial experience with an ability to motivate the team Class 1 Licence Essential An eye for detail coupled with excellent time management skills and a willingness to want to work in an organised and clean environment Basic tech skills - Knowledge of computer systems & basic operating skills Assist with the day-to-day activities of the tyre business. Removing and replacing tyres Diagnosing tyre damage & wear Diagnosing wheel balance problems and balancing wheels Performing puncture repairs conforming to relevant standards Providing a high standard of customer service in a professionally presented environment. Supporting others in the team as required. Superior time management skills and a commitment to meeting objectives. Passion for what you do and a desire to help the team to succeed. Excellent communication skills A team player who wants to embrace and enhance our team culture. two years of experience is required Forge a long-term career with progression opportunities. About the role
As well as maintaining customer loyalty through the smooth operation of your department you will also be required to :
- Overall management of yard to ensure everything is in order.
- Ensuring that the stock are being received accurately and all the paper work has been completed.
- Ensure all the trucks are fully maintained.
- Staff management.
- Ensure work is managed managed properly and efficiently.
- Resolve customer service issues.
- Work alongside the with the director and supervisors to maintain systems ensuring a healthy and safe working environment
