We seek a principal who leads with warmth, clarity, and grace under pressure, holding our Waldorf school community steady through the seasons. They will be a visible and engaging presence in the Waikato Waldorf community, building genuine relationships to stay connected to the heart of the school. Our ideal candidate balances creativity with operational efficiency, bringing thoughtful organisation to daily processes while honouring the artistic and developmental rhythms of Steiner education.

You willbe experienced in school management and able todevelop a culture of shared leadership, nurturing strong collaborative relationships with staff. Deep community connection is essential, and you will actively strengthen partnerships with Whaanau, and the wider Waldorf community.

You will recognise our commitment to enacting the principles of Te Triti o Waitangi in all aspects of school life and held by our special character. You will be or be able to become a New Zealand registered teacher.
