Your Role
As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will spark interest in RoomPriceGenie, qualify prospects, and connect qualified property owners with our Sales Managers for product demos. You will help expand our reach and contribute to the success of our fast‑growing startup.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospects : identify decision‑makers, uncover key business challenges, and pitch RoomPriceGenie’s solutions to ignite interest.
- Daily outreach : make and track phone calls through HubSpot, connecting with new prospects and keeping track of your success.
- Bring your insights : use local market knowledge to enhance our outbound marketing activities and connect with hotel owners in a meaningful way.
- Stay ahead of industry trends : keep up‑to‑date on the latest hospitality industry news, trends, and competitor offerings to add value in your conversations.
- Collaborate with management : help streamline and optimise the customer journey, bringing fresh ideas to make processes smoother and more efficient.
- Shape the future : influence how our young startup develops by trying out your own approaches and contributing innovative ideas.
Your Profile
C2‑level English proficiency with excellent communication skills.Eligible to live and work in Australia or New Zealand.Sales‑driven with a natural aptitude for understanding customer needs.Tech‑savvy and excited by the latest technology trends.Positive and outgoing : empathetic, enthusiastic, and loves connecting with people.Active listener : knows how to uncover pain points and find meaningful ways to engage with prospects.Organised and detail‑oriented : thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.Team player : success is sweeter when it’s achieved together, and loves contributing to team goals.Nice to Have
