Workshop Foreman

Reference :

Our Tauranga workshop is seeking a hands‑on Foreman to lead our small workshop team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our diverse fleet of buses and coaches are road‑ready and running smoothly for daily operations.

About you :

• 5+ years of industry experience as a Diesel Mechanic with strong knowledge of fault diagnosis and repair skills.
• Previous leadership experience or ready to step up —you’re a clear communicator, experienced in mentoring / training and confident in leading a team.
• You take pride in maintaining a tidy, well‑organised workshop, with the ability to manage admin tasks like payroll and our fleet systems.
• You have a team player mindset and collaborative approach to work as part of a tight knit team.
