About the Role
We are looking for anexperienced mental health nurse who has a passion for working with adults withcomplex mental health needs. You must be able to work autonomously as well ascontribute to the multi-disciplinary team. Along with a good sense of humourand flexibility, you will require excellent communication and organisationalskills as they are an essential part of the day-to-day work. Covering the Southernand Eastern suburbs of wellington affords us a diverse caseload of clients withequally diverse needs. About you
Able to work autonomously as well as contribute to the MDT.
Creative, innovative thinking and problem solving.
Application of best practice models of care.
A willingness to learn and develop your practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and skilled in developing relationships with a variety of other professionals.
Registered with the relevant board in New Zealand.
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience providing comprehensive assessments and risk management plans, formulating and articulating treatment needs and plans, and be able to coordinate and prioritise treatment needs.
You will hold a full NZ drivers licence.
