Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help us turn business needs into practical, data-driven solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, review processes, and identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll translate business needs into technical specifications, evaluate potential solutions, and support project delivery from planning through testing. A big part of your role will involve analyzing data trends to uncover insights, preparing clear documentation such as user stories and functional specifications, and ensuring effective communication between business and technology teams. You’ll also help identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

To succeed, you’ll need proven experience as a Business Analyst, strong understanding of business processes and data analysis, and excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in tools like Excel, Visio, Teams, and Jira is essential, and experience with Agile, SDLC, or systems such as Navision, Business Central, or Maximo is a plus.
