We are looking for a Business Centre Manager to join ourBusiness Banking teamwhere you will lead and coach a team of Business Banking Assistants and Business Banking Specialists.

As the Business Centre Manager, you will lead from the front providing hands on guidance to ensure your team maintains a high level of service to our customers and that our customers' needs are met.

Your key responsibilities will be maintaining an engaged team that fosters teamwork and enabling our people to develop both personally and professionally through effective coaching and mentoring.

O pukenga | About you

We're looking for someone who is a passionate people leader; knowing how to get the best from your team through your proven capability of effective leadership, coaching and mentoring.

You'll have a business banking background with existing lending experience and come with a solid background in customer relationship management.

Your interpersonal and effective communication skills will ensure you successfully manage and develop your team, help drive needs-based solutions for customers and deal appropriately with any customer escalations around business and home lending.

As no two days are ever the same, you will be highly organised with strong time management skills however your ability to be flexible and think on your feet is a must.
