Job Description
About the role
12 month fixed-term contract
Join SEEK as a Customer Success Manager and drive sustainable growth through strategic client partnerships. This is a pivotal role that will see you partner with Sales teams to transform how customers use our products, delivering tailored training solutions that drive behavioral change and product adoption across key customer segments.
You will manage relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitate training sessions through webinars and face-to-face workshops, and use data insights to identify growth opportunities. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success, you will work closely with Sales, Product, Commercial, Marketing & Strategy functions to deliver a seamless client experience. Success in this role means driving measurable product adoption, reducing retention risk, and becoming the trusted advisor clients turn to for their talent acquisition challenges. You will be based in the Auckland office while serving clients across New Zealand.
