Are you skilled at making sound credit decisions and building strong business relationships?

As a Business Advisor Manager, you'll use your delegated lending authority (DLA) to deliver timely, quality credit decisions across home loans, personal lending, and business / commercial applications.

You'll work closely with our partners to structure lending solutions that support growth.

Your ability to guide and support credit applications will help manage expectations and ensure a consistent flow of quality lending to Kiwibank.

If you're passionate about delivering credit solutions and enjoy fostering professional partnerships, this role is for you.

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to approach challenges with composure and efficiency without compromising on quality.

Strong practical experience in credit analysis and risk assessment, particularly within business and commercial lending

Proven relationship management skills, with a dedication to helping our clients achieve their business growth goals

Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building trust and adding value

Solid understanding of financial legislation and compliance requirements within the banking sector
