Manatu Wahine Ministry for Women is the Government's principal advisor on improving the lives of women and girls in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Mo tenei turanga mahi - About this role
As the Policy Manager, you will sit at the heart of the Ministry for Women's policy function.
You'll be responsible for leading a small team of dedicated policy professionals and work in collaboration with the leadership team to deliver high-quality advice and initiatives across our four strategic priorities :
You will also be responsible for leading the work to lift policy quality and capability across the Ministry and drive continuous improvement within the policy space.

We are seeking an experienced policy and / or operational policy manager.
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following :

The salary range for the Policy Manager is $150,000 - $185,000 - $220,000.
