About the Role :

This mandate provides an opportunity for you to join the fast-moving world of Corporate Finance and Deals Advisory. You\'ll play an integral role in leading the execution of financial due diligence projects across both buy-side and sell-side transactions, while contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.

This strategic leadership position blends Transaction Services, M&A and Valuations, offering full lifecycle client engagement and team management. You\'ll be part of a rapidly expanding nationwide Deals & Financing team, at the forefront of leading infrastructure projects and M&A transactions.

As part of the national Corporate Finance team, you’ll support NZ and cross-Tasman transactions, collaborating with corporate investors, private equity firms and finance providers; gaining rich exposure to deal-making and industry insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver buy-side and vendor financial due diligence assignments.
• Manage M&A engagements across sell-side and buy-side mandates.
• Oversee business and asset valuations, including complex modelling (DCF, 3-way integrated models).
• Collaborate across advisory, audit, and transaction teams to deliver cohesive deal solutions.
• Guide, mentor and coach team members to foster technical and professional development.
