Optimise budgets, bids, and targeting daily to maximise ROAS and control ACOS.Analyse keyword and ASIN performance — identify winning search terms, negatives, and opportunities to scale.Build campaign structures that support keyword harvesting and product lifecycle goals (auto ? phrase ? exact).
Collaborate with the content and product teams to improve listing conversion and creative based on ad data.Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and next-step actions.Extend PPC learnings to Meta / Google Ads and assist in developing brand awareness and marketing strategies.Stay updated with Amazon Ads trends, algorithm changes, and competitor tactics to keep BarberBoss ahead.What you'll bringExperience : 1–3 years of hands-on PPC experience on Amazon Ads, or strong proven experience managing Google / Meta Ads with a data-driven approach (proven track record of digital amplification and managing a performance marketing budget is required).
Comfortable with keyword research, bid management, negative keyword strategy, and campaign optimisation.Experience analysing advertising reports and turning data into actionable insights.Tools : Familiarity with Amazon Ads Console, Brand Analytics, Search Term Reports, and keyword research tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.)Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning).
Traits : Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
