• to help lead our Maxima Bayfair store in beautiful
• Mount Maunganui
• on a full-time basis, fixed term. You will also gain invaluable experience, by leading the team while they open their beautiful new MECCA store, in November!

• Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team
• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

• Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams
• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
• Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
• If you have never worked for MECCA before, the first 90-days of employment will be subject to a trail period
