Job Description

The Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will be working on Data Centre projects based in our Auckland office.

• Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
• Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
• Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
• Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
• Managing project safety and environmental requirements
• Managing project timelines, risks and reporting
• Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
• Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
• Co‑ordinating vendor scope with overall project delivery
• Contract Execution : Drafting contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates. Working closely with project team / s to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents
• Bring strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
