Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Highway1 Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in our office, being the face and voice for our customers. This full‑time position is based in Wiri, Auckland where you will be responsible for internal sales tasks, administration and liaising with our production team.

What you'll be doing

• Creating and following through on quotes
• Creating sales orders and liaising with our production team and customers
• Interpreting customers’ needs and providing information
• Sales and office administration tasks
• External sales calls by phone
• Greeting and dealing with customers visiting the branch
