Group Sales Manager (NZ) – Exhibitions & Events NZ
Location : Auckland | Reports to : General Manager NZ
Do you thrive on sales, love leading teams, and get a buzz from live events? EENZ, the company behind New Zealand’s biggest consumer shows, is looking for a Group Sales Manager to lead our Auckland-based sales team to success.
What You’ll Be Doing :
Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
Hit revenue targets for exhibition space and sponsorships across multiple events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, while driving new business.
Coach, mentor, and develop your team to achieve peak performance.
Work closely with Marketing and Operations to deliver seamless, successful events.
What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience in B2B sales management (events, media, or exhibitions preferred).
Strong leadership and people development skills.
Commercially minded, results-driven, and goal-focused.
Understanding and experience with successful B2B digital marketing tactics.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, positive attitude and ability to inspire your team.
