About the role

Due to continued growth and client demand, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Principal IT Recruitment Consultant to join the talented team at RWA People. Based in Auckland CBD, this full‑time role will see you drive client engagement, build relationships, and grow in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build & Grow Your Desk – Take ownership of a specialist IT recruitment function, leveraging RWA’s brand and network.
• Business Development – Develop new client relationships while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
• Candidate Engagement – Source, attract, and manage top IT talent across various domains.
• Market Leadership – Establish yourself as a trusted expert by staying up to date with tech trends and attending industry events.
• End‑to‑End Recruitment – Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
