The Role
As an Orchard Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of orchard operations. You will ensure orchards are run to the highest standard, achieving production, financial, and customer outcomes, while developing the next generation of horticultural leaders.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, with around 85% of your time spent in the orchard leading people and ensuring smooth operations.
