Digital Marketing & Brand Manager (12 month Fixed term)
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to lead our digital strategy, social media efforts, and overall brand presence. This 12-month contract position offers a unique opportunity to influence how we connect with our audience and elevate our brand's digital footprint.
About the Role
As the Digital Marketing & Brand Manager , you'll combine your creative and analytical expertise to drive integrated marketing strategies and strengthen our brand's presence across both digital and traditional channels. Your role will focus heavily on social media management, content creation, and improving customer experiences, while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency and growth. This is a standalone position where you will be the sole driver of our digital marketing, social media, and brand strategy, working independently to execute initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Strategy : Lead the development and execution of social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content (visuals, videos, copy) that resonates with our target audience and aligns with brand values.
Customer Experience : Leverage customer feedback from social media, reviews, and surveys to enhance the overall customer experience. Work with internal teams to address concerns and develop content that improves customer satisfaction and engagement.
Creative Digital Campaigns : Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, website updates, SEO optimization, and content creation for various platforms.
Brand Messaging & Positioning : Oversee brand messaging across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with our overall brand strategy.
Performance Analytics : Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and social media engagement, making data‑driven adjustments to meet KPIs and maximize ROI.
Collaboration : Work cross‑functionally with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with business objectives and resonate with our audience.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in digital marketing , brand management , and social media (ideally within FMCG, retail, or consumer brands).
A strong portfolio showcasing successful digital campaigns and social media content.
Proficiency in content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite , Canva , video editing software , and social media management platforms .
Solid understanding of digital marketing analytics , social media insights , and customer feedback channels .
Experience with CRM , email marketing automation , and SEO to support lead generation and digital campaigns.
Strong project management and collaboration skills with the ability to creative thinking.
