About The Role

A fantastic opportunity now exists for a Project Manager where no two days are the same. Ventia provides an integrated full Facilities Maintenance, outcomes-based service solution to Auckland City Council including open space, hard and soft services under a hybrid self-delivered and sub-contracted partnership model.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Project Manager will lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and is passionate about delivery high‑quality results on time and within budget.
