Position Overview

The Night Auditor ensures the smooth and secure overnight operation of the hotel, delivering exceptional guest service while managing front desk duties and completing the nightly audit process. This role supports our commitment to providing experiences that go beyond expectations. This is a minimum 30 hour per week position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome and farewell to guests.
• Efficiently manage check-in / check-out and process guest transactions.
• Complete the night audit and reconcile daily revenue accurately.
• Respond promptly and empathetically to guest requests and complaints.
• Maintain communication with the Night Manager and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and WH&S standards.
