This is a permanent full-time role based in Ōtautahi (Christchurch) fully onsite at our office in Addington. You’ll begin with a hands‑on classroom training (training hours : 8 : 30 am–4 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday). Following this you’ll be working five days covering weekdays between 08 : 00 – 18 : 30 and every second Saturday or Sunday between 08 : 30 – 18 : 00. You’ll join a dynamic team environment where every day presents new opportunities to grow your career and make a meaningful impact in the insurance industry.

What You’ll Do

• Review existing policies to ensure customers are fully covered.
• Resolve queries effectively and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain product and system knowledge, including compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and deliver on IAG’s purpose.
