Recruitment Executive

Tassets Training Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive to join our team in the Queenstown Central Region.

This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across multiple industries.

As a Recruitment Executive, you will play a key part in attracting and securing top talent for our clients, contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

Proactively sourcing and screening candidates to build a strong pipeline of talent

Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation

Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs

Providing consultative advice to clients on market trends and best recruitment practices

Collaborating with the wider team to share knowledge and best practices

Tracking and reporting on recruitment activity and performance metrics

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates

Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to deliver outstanding results

Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems

A collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously
