Location : Work from home (ideally North Shore or West or centrally based)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Property Manager who can confidently manage a portfolio and keep everything running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the owner / operator, with administrative support provided so you can focus on the higher‑value parts of the role.

Key responsibilities include :

• Managing a residential portfolio end‑to‑end
• Conducting routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections to a high standard
• Coordinating maintenance, ensuring jobs are actioned promptly and followed through
• Managing viewings, tenancy selection, and preparing recommendations
• Handling client and tenant queries efficiently and professionally
• Preparing and attending Tenancy Tribunal matters when required

This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, stays ahead of their workload, and takes genuine ownership of outcomes.

About You

You will be an experienced property manager who knows how to stay organised, communicate clearly, and prioritise effectively. We’re looking for someone who is calm under pressure, solution‑focused, and proactive with both owners and tenants.
