This Senior Pricing Lead role sits right at the heart of that growth.

Role Overview

In this role, you’ll take the lead on complex pricing work, guiding how we balance fair customer outcomes with competitive positioning and sustainable profit. You’ll work closely with product, finance and risk teams to bring new ideas to life and make sure our pricing foundations are strong, future‑fit, and globally aligned. Your insights will directly impact Chubb Life’s ability to innovate and grow.

You’ll also play a key part in uplifting capability across the team. Whether it’s mentoring junior actuaries, strengthening modelling disciplines, or driving automation and efficiency, you’ll help build a modern pricing function that can deliver at pace and with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pricing analysis, modelling and profitability work to support product development and re‑pricing.
• Develop and enhance pricing models, assumptions and methodologies to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Provide peer review, technical sign‑off and strong governance ahead of internal and global approvals.
• Communicate actuarial insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders across the business.
• Identify and drive improvements in pricing processes, automation and analytical capability.
