Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Ability to lead teams and foster a proactive, solution‑driven culture Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline Minimum 15 years of experience, with leadership in large‑scale projects Portfolio showcasing design excellence and strategic leadership
Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Interior Design Principal to lead high‑profile projects and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients. This role focuses on design leadership, proactive engagement and working with teams to deliver exceptional work that reflects client vision.

Drive design direction and oversee major interior projects from concept through delivery
