Job description
A leading adventure tourism company in Queenstown is seeking a Customer Experience Agent for a fixed-term contract from December 2025 to May 2026. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and managing customer pre and post skydive needs. Ideal candidates are energetic with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask. Full training will be provided, and Mandarin skills are a plus.
