• to become a key part of our busy service team based in Palmerston North.Candidates should be aware that the role will focus heavily on processing and administrative tasks related to
• warranty claims
• . This includes documentation review, data entry, claims submissions, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements.As familiarity with our systems and processes grows, responsibilities will gradually shift into the full scope of service advisory duties, which will see you :
• making bookings
• opening & closing workshop jobs and preparing job cards
• processing warranty claims within specified timeframes
• loading the workshop to capacity and liaising with technicians
• monitoring work-in-progress and updating customers on job progress
• preparing job cards for invoicing
• ensuring a high level of customer service
