Duty Manager

Franklin Club Incorporated is seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in Pukekohe.

As a part-time Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our vibrant club.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar Duty Manager role within the hospitality industry
• Strong customer service experience and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
• Thorough understanding of liquor licensing laws and regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• A current Duty Manager's Certificate or the ability to obtain one quickly
