Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and Implement Strategies : Assist in the development and implementation of behaviour support plans, creating strategies and interventions uniquely designed for each student’s needs.
• Provide Direct Support : Offer one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioural challenges, helping them understand and manage their behaviour with your guidance and support.
• Monitor and Record Progress : Regularly observe and record students’ behaviour, ensuring they are making strides towards their goals and celebrating their achievements.
• Collaborate with Colleagues : Participate in meetings and discussions, sharing your insights and strategies to support each student’s behavioural and academic growth.
• Promote Inclusivity : Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and included.
• Engage and Motivate Students : Use a variety of behaviour management techniques to engage and inspire students, making learning an exciting journey.
• Maintain Communication : Keep accurate records of student behaviour and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other relevant parties.
