Fresh Foods Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Fresh Foods Manager to lead our Fresh Departments — Produce, Bakery, Deli, Butchery, and Seafood.

As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all fresh departments, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and compliance. You’ll work closely with department managers to motivate, train, and develop your teams, ensuring a culture of excellence and accountability.

What you’ll be responsible for :

• Leading and supporting all Fresh Department Managers and their teams.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of product quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Managing budgets, wages, and gross profit targets across the departments.
• Implementing Foodstuffs promotions and ensuring price integrity.
• Driving continuous improvement in customer experience and store standards.
• Ensuring compliance with health, food safety, and operational requirements.
