Ultimate Motor Group is seeking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor for our Ultimate Ford Dealership in Mt Maunganui.

We are an award winning team that prides ourselves on exceeding customers expectations and have done so for the past 50 years.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Scheduling Service bookings - Received by telephone or internet
• Greeting customers on arrival and being the “Front of House
• Quoting for repairs, invoicing and providing a clear explanation of work performed directly to the customer.
• Following the processes set down by the Manufacturer in regards to campaigns & Warranty
