Residential Life Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Residential Life Coordinator to join our team in our UniLodge Canterbury Portfolio!

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Full Time position - 40hrs per week across a Tuesday to Saturday 2pm to 10 : 30pm roster.
• Support the development, implementation and management of the Residential Life and Wellbeing Program
• Deliver on a diverse and holistic calendar of events, balancing core areas of support and resident interest
• Provide exceptional service and build positive relationships with residents and all key stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of a positive / supportive culture within UniLodge, building its appeal in the market place for future and present residents
• Be part of a wider resident experience team within UniLodge Canterbury
• Assist with the arrival, orientation and departure process
• Support operational tasks within the hall of residence
• Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times and after hours
