About The Opportunity

Programmed Property Services is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our high performing Commercial Painting team based in Napier and covering the wider Hawkes Bay . This is a full-time role focused on driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing customer base.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across a diverse range of industries within your territory. You’ll engage with key decision-makers, present tailored commercial solutions, and drive the sale of high-value, long-term service agreements.

This role involves developing persuasive proposals and navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Your ability to build strong commercial relationships and deliver strategic, customer-focused outcomes will be critical to your success. Experience in similar solution-based sales environments with long sales cycles will be highly advantageous.
