Community Service Coordinator

We are looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join us in the role of Community Services Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring a quality service is provided to the people we support and their whanau / family that is coherent with the Enabling Good Lives principles.

For over 30 years SILC has been supporting individuals to live a life of their choosing - a life full of opportunities, friendships and experiences. SILC walks alongside the people we support to facilitate a sense of belonging and independence.

This Services Coordinator role is responsible for :

• Facilitating a person directed service partnering with the people we support, their family / whanau and the community
• Developing plans that ensure the agreed outcomes are met, in partnership with the people we support and their whanau / family
• Managing rosters and ensure that budgets are met
• Managing the feedback process to enhance the support provided
• Fostering a team environment of effective and positive working relationships
• Providing direct reports with regular coaching and feedback that results in high performance
