Technical Product Support - Smart Farming

Join our Customer Success Team in Christchurch and play a key role in supporting farmers and our partners locally and globally. This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues related to our smart farming product range, including IoT‑based solutions. You’ll provide technical guidance, training, and proactive support to ensure customers get the most out of our products. This is not an IT support role.
This is a 24 / 7 operation shared with our Ireland team. Our NZ hours are 7am–7pm, with weekend and weeknight shifts on a rotating roster. Full induction and product training provided.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a tech‑savvy problem solver with strong customer service skills and hands‑on technical experience. Ideally, you’ll bring :
Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
2+ years in technical support, IT service desk, or customer success roles
Networking basics (IP configuration, Wi‑Fi setup, routers)
Excellent written and verbal communication
