Pay

$30.00 / hour

Purpose

Oversee the operational coordination of dental services at Whakamaru

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient management systems
• Maintain inventory of consumables and surgical equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Coordinate funding reporting processes (WINZ, ACC, Te Whatu Ora)
• Support culturally safe and trauma-informed practice
• Build strong relationships with manuhiri and connect them to other services when needed / possible
• Build strong relationship internally for data collection, reporting and manuhiri cross referral
