As a Personal Assistant at KPMG, you’ll be the trusted right hand to our Partners and wider client‑facing division; helping them focus on what they do best while you orchestrate the details behind the scenes.
- This is a 12‑month fixed‑term role.
Day To Day You Will
Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings with precision.Organise travel arrangements and ensure every detail is seamless.Prepare high‑quality documents, presentations, and reports.Support events and projects that keep our business moving forward.Collaborate with the wider Business Support team to deliver exceptional service.Act as a key liaison for stakeholders, ensuring communication flows effortlessly.About You
Proven experience in personal assistant or executive support roles.Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.Strong communication abilities and a professional demeanour.Tech‑savvy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.A proactive, solutions‑focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.Master at multi‑tasking with an eye for detail and a knack for anticipating needs before they arise.You excel at building trusted relationships with stakeholders and thrive in a collaborative environment.Recruitment Agencies
