We want your skills

We are looking for a self‑motivated lawyer with strong commercial contract skills and 4+ years' post qualification experience to join our dynamic Legal Team on a 12-month fixed term basis to cover parental leave. Supported by technical experts, you will be based in Auckland and provide legal advice across all our businesses.

• Negotiating, reviewing and drafting a wide range of agreements (including consultancy agreements, subcontracts, teaming agreements, licensing and IT agreements);
• Providing legal support to our project teams;
• Research and advising on applicable laws and regulations;
• Managing claims and dispute resolution; and
• Supporting the management and continuous improvement of our compliance, quality and risk systems.
