About The Job

One of our managers is retiring, and we’re looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead some of our Retail departments and drive service excellence. This is a key leadership role focused on empowering our team, maximising sales, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This a 42.5 hours per week position and will include a permanent weekend rostered shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the day-to-day operations of our retail departments
• Drive customer service excellence and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and peers to achieve store goals and profitability.
• Manage stock, merchandising, promotions, and retail service delivery.
• Support recruitment, rostering, and performance management in your zone.
• Actively participate in Duty Management and key holding responsibilities.
• Coach and develop your team to deliver epic customer experiences.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, store policies, and legislative requirements.
• Maintain high merchandise presentation standards and operational efficiency.
