About the role :

As a Senior P&C Advisor, you’ll be a trusted partner to our leaders, providing advice across the full spectrum of HR disciplines, with a strong focus on Employment Relations. You’ll be part of a team that’s got your back, celebrates wins, learns from challenges, and genuinely enjoys working side by side to create something great.

Your day-to-day will include :

• Providing fair, consistent, and strategic ER advice to leaders, supporting them in managing complex employee relations matters.
• Building leadership capability and driving strategic workforce planning.
• Supporting organisational change initiatives and embedding our culture, values, and EVP.
• Partnering with the business, understanding the challenges and opportunities within your portfolio, and using engagement, turnover, recruitment and other key data to drive insights and support decision making.
• Utilising systems to drive ongoing improvements across all processes.
• Leading performance and remuneration processes for your portfolio.

About You :

You’ll be a generalist Senior P&C Advisor with experience and confidence in managing complex employment relations matters.
