eCommerce Junior Graphic Designer

Monday – Friday | Parnell, Auckland

An exciting opportunity has opened for a creative and organised Junior Graphic Designer & eCommerce Coordinator to join our Marketing and eCommerce team!

If you love design, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy blending creative work with digital coordination, this role could be perfect for you. At Flo & Frankie, you’ll help bring our brand to life across our website, wholesale channels, marketing campaigns, and in-store collateral. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with multiple teams, and is eager to grow their design and eCommerce skills.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1+ years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within retail, fashion, or eCommerce.
• Confident in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) to bring creative ideas to life.
• Basic understanding of Shopify or similar CMS platforms (a bonus, not essential).
• Strong eye for design, composition, and keeping all work beautifully on-brand.
• Comfortable balancing creative and operational tasks with ease.
• Organised, proactive, and skilled at managing time efficiently.
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and design, motivated by seeing creativity make an impact.
