You will : Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing automated marketing communication strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer experience Work in a cross-functional squad to deliver and optimise data-driven campaigns Lead strategic initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the Customer Marketing team and drive continuous improvement.

Develop customer-centric, insight-driven contact strategies across direct digital and traditional channels.

Collaborate with marketers, product owners, and agency partners to deliver seamless, multi-channel customer communications and monitor to continuously improve performance.
