Learning & Development Advisor

We are seeking a hands‑on and experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join our high‑performing L&D team. This is an exciting opportunity for a learning practitioner who thrives in an evolving environment and is passionate about delivering impactful learning solutions with a digital edge.

In this role, you will :

• Lead end‑to‑end learning projects—from analysis and conceptualisation through to design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify learning needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive performance and capability.
• Design and develop holistic solutions that include a range of learning modalities like eLearning, workshops, performance support tools, and blended learning experiences.
• Apply evidence‑informed learning principles and human‑centred design to create engaging, effective learning experiences.
• Champion digital literacy by integrating digital tools and platforms into learning solutions and supporting the development of digital capabilities across the organisation.
